Return policy

Decisions take time – and we’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind. However, please note there are a couple of rules. We are only able to accept returns on items if they are sent back unpacked in their original packaging.

However we can’t accept returns on used items - unless they were received.


You can return or replace only those items that are poor quality or if they do not meet the former standards at the time of purchase (for example, you received a wrong scent of perfume. According to laws, parfumes are non-returnable based on Replacement-Return Rules.


If you want to replace your purchase with another item from our e-shop, just write us an email or give us a call.

A bought item can be replaced or returned within 14 days after receiving receipt of order. 

Used, modified or broken goods are non-returnable and non-replaceable. Goods must be returned in their original package with all tags attached.

 

The process of replacing-returning the item:

   Write an email to hello@somoia.com and inform us about the return of products 

   Carefully pack the item and send it to us.
